There are very few reasons why a withdrawal request will be rejected, please make sure that all the following conditions are met when requesting a withdrawal:

1. When depositing with a credit card, you must withdraw up to 100% of the deposit amount via the same Credit card, only then you can request a withdraw via a different method (bank transfer).
2. In the case you have open positions and the available margin goes below the requested withdrawal amount.
