If you wish to update your password and are already logged into your My Account area, follow these simple steps:

1. In the My Account area, click on the Personal Details tab on the left;                                                                                                                                                                          
2. Scroll to the Change Password box and click on the Pencil icon;                                                                           
3. You will then need to enter both your Current password and New password;                                                                     
4. Please make sure to include in your new password both lower- and upper-case characters, at least 8 characters, and at least one number, special characters are not allowed;                                                                 
5. Click on Submit;
6. your new password has been updated.

In rare cases, it may take up to 15 minutes for your AvaMetaTrader to be updated with the new password. You can also use the Forgot password widget from the login page.
