Friedberg Direct Powered by AvaTrade Technology operates under the strictest regulatory standards. This requires our Customers to verify their Account. You can only upload verification documentation through your My Account area.
Follow these steps to upload your docs:
- Login to your account with your email address and password,
- Click on the ‘Upload Documents’ button showing on the left side of the page,
- To upload your ID Card:
- Chose the type of ID you wish to upload, click on the attachment icon, choose the document from your PC library, and click Open.
- Then, click the green Upload Button.
- To upload your Proof of Address (Utility Bill):
- Click on the attachment icon, choose the document from your PC library, and click Open.
- Then, click the green Upload Button.
- You will see the uploaded documents Icon change and – in addition –the Upload date and Status: (for example, ‘waiting for review’).
- Follow up within the next business day to see their status.
Documents are usually processed within 24 business hours (Saturdays and Sundays are not business days).
Please note: All documents must be valid, clear and full page copies (all 4 corners visible).
