Started the registration process but didn't finish it? No worries.
If 30 minutes after you began registration, you haven’t yet completed the process, you will receive an automatic email with the credentials to resume and complete your registration.
You can locate it in your email inbox (make sure to check the spam folder too) by the subject: Almost There… Complete Your FriedbergDirect powered by AVA Registration .
If you can't find it, don't worry, you will still be able to retrieve the registration and complete it; just follow the steps below to change your password and log into your existing account:
- Click on the Forgot your password? link under the login widget.
- Type your email address (the same address you registered on FriedbergDirect powered by AvaTrade) and click Submit.
- Identify the email you receive from FriedbergDirect powered by AVA and click on the Continue Here button to proceed to change your password.
- Click on Return to Login after you receive the confirmation that the email for setting the password has been changed.
- Enter the new password and confirm it, then click on Change Password.
- At this point You will be able to complete the registration from where you left it, including choosing a new Password.
