Want to withdraw funds from your trading account? No problem!

Please follow these simple steps:

1. Log into your My Account with your login credentials (email address and password).                                   
2. Click on the Withdraw Funds tab on the left;                                                                                         
3. Then click on "Withdraw your funds" tab below it;                                                                                  
4. When the Withdrawal request window opens, choose the payment method you wish to withdraw to, then the trading account, add the amount and click Submit:                                                            

Please note, when submitting a wire transfer withdrawal request, please submit the information in the following format:

1. Bank account number - 7 digits
2. Institution number – 3 digits
3. Transit number – 5 digits 

The details can be written in the bank account field with ‘’ – ‘’ between them.

Example : 123(institution)-45678(Transit)-1234567(bank account number).

Your withdrawal request is now in Pending state, you can cancel it within 24 hours to have the funds return into your trading account or wait for it to be processed, you should receive an update via email whether it's approved or rejected within the next 24 business hours.

Please note: In order to complete your withdrawal, your account must be fully verified.

* In cases where no trades were ever opened, account verification is not required but may be subject to security checks.
